About Me
I’m Diogo Lean — a UX Designer and Creative Strategist with a deep focus on user behavior, research, and high-performance digital design. My work blends UX, psychology, and conversion strategy to create clear, intuitive, and measurable experiences.
Academically, I earned my Master’s in Design with a focus on HCI and was ranked first place in the highly competitive ESDI selection process, one of Brazil’s most respected design institutions. This shaped my analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to design with intention and clarity.
Professionally, I’ve redesigned and optimized platforms such as SOS Ilha and Edel, improving flows, clarity, and conversion performance. In SOS Ilha, I helped generate high volumes of qualified leads through UX improvements and targeted campaigns — even developing a Python automation script to instantly contact new leads and accelerate response time.
Beyond UX, I’ve built multiple large social media networks in the U.S. market, reaching millions of premium, highly engaged followers across niches like motivation, business, AI, and personal development. Managing these communities taught me how people consume content, what drives action, and how to create high-performing digital experiences at scale.
My process focuses on research, heuristics, CRO, information architecture, and fast iteration. I enjoy simplifying complex systems, removing friction, and designing flows that feel human and purposeful. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value clarity, performance, and well-structured thinking.
If you need someone who combines UX strategy, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of digital behavior — I’d love to contribute.
